✨ PTSD Awareness Support Campaign ✨
Healing Is Not Weakness. It Is Courage.
This campaign was created to honor those living with post-traumatic stress and to bring compassion, understanding, and visibility to trauma that is often unseen. PTSD can affect anyone. Survivors of violence. Veterans. First responders. Children and adults. Those who have endured loss, neglect, accidents, or chronic stress. Every experience is valid, and every healing journey deserves patience and respect.
PTSD is not a failure to cope.
It is a normal response to abnormal experiences.
And healing begins when survivors are met with safety, gentleness, and support.
This collection is for those who carry trauma quietly.
For those learning how to feel safe again.
For those rebuilding trust in their bodies and minds.
And for allies who believe trauma deserves care, not judgment.
At the heart of this campaign is our guiding motto:
“1 Momentum (Moment), 1 Spiritus (Breath), 1 Gradus (Step)”
Healing from trauma does not happen all at once.
1 Momentum, or one moment, represents presence. It is the choice to stay here, right now, even when memories feel heavy or the nervous system feels overwhelmed. Survival happens in moments, not milestones, and getting through this moment is enough.
1 Spiritus, or one breath, symbolizes grounding and regulation. Trauma lives in the body, and breath is often the first step toward reclaiming safety. One slow breath can interrupt panic, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to the present.
1 Gradus, or one step, represents progress without pressure. Healing is not linear, and steps do not need to be big to matter. Sometimes the step is getting out of bed. Sometimes it is asking for help. Sometimes it is resting. Every step counts, especially the ones no one else sees.
Together, this motto is a reminder that healing is built gently.
One moment at a time.
One breath at a time.
One step at a time.

The design of this campaign is intentionally subtle and trauma-informed. It offers visibility without forcing explanation, strength without pressure, and solidarity without expectation. Survivors deserve choice, control, and dignity, even in how they show support.

It is about honoring it.

With compassion.
One moment.
One breath.
One step.
