At Harmony Grove RN, each item is created especially for you. Because our products are made to order, production and shipping times may vary depending on the item and destination.

🌿 Order Processing & Production

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During this time, your item is carefully printed, prepared, and packaged by our trusted fulfillment partners.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

📦 Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete.

  • United States: Typically 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or peak seasons.

🌎 Fulfillment Locations

To provide efficient delivery, orders may ship from multiple fulfillment locations within the United States, depending on the product ordered. This may result in items arriving in separate packages.

💛 Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or lost, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, Harmony Grove RN is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but not received.

If you experience an issue, we’re happy to help you contact the carrier or provide tracking details.

💌 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when the issue is due to a production error.
