At Harmony Grove RN, each item is created especially for you with care and intention. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, color selection, or address details.
We gently encourage you to review all product details, including size guides, color options, and shipping information before placing your order to ensure it’s just right for you.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Once an order has been placed and sent into production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or edited. This includes changes to sizing, colors, or shipping addresses. Thank you for understanding that made-to-order items begin production quickly so we can get your order to you as soon as possible.
💛 If Something Isn’t Right
Your happiness truly matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage caused during production, we will absolutely make it right.
If you notice an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not provide return shipping labels.
